Corporate Governance

IMMOFINANZ Group subscribes to the principles of the Austrian Corporate Governance Code, which has been in force since 1st October 2002 and which was last amended in January 2010. It is a benchmark for good corporate governance on the Austrian capital market and is a voluntary commitment that goes beyond the legal requirements on public limited companies. It is an essential tool to reinforce trust and confidence in the management and supervision of undertakings and is reviewed and adapted once year to account for national and international developments.

For the financial year 2008/2009, reference is made to the detailed statement in the Annual Report 2008/2009, pp. 18 et seq.

A detailed statement for the financial year 2009/2010 is intensively being worked on. This statement will be published as soon as it has been drawn up.
